Tremont Street was the heart of Munger Place, the most prestigious neighborhood in Dallas. Its decline lasted 50 years and its full recovery took 50 years. A street that was once teeming with vagrants, old cars, and dilapidated houses is now a serene street gracefully lined with the first leaves of autumn.
