For many years exceptional and distinguished estate homes in Dallas were associated with the original Preston Hollow Estate Neighborhoods. At the beginning of the 21st century there has been increased attention and activity in the Walnut Hill Lane to Forest Lane estate neighborhood area. Strait Lane, of course, has always been associated with Dallas mansions but more recently, there has been a focus on the Crespi / Hicks architecturally significant estate home found on 25 acres in Mayflower Estates.
