Walnut Hill to Forest Lane Real Estate and Homes for Sale in Preston Hollow Neighborhood

For many years exceptional and distinguished estate homes in Dallas were associated with the original Preston Hollow Estate Neighborhoods. At the beginning of the 21st century there has been increased attention and activity in the Walnut Hill Lane to Forest Lane estate neighborhood area. Strait Lane, of course, has always been associated with Dallas mansions but more recently, there has been a focus on the Crespi / Hicks architecturally significant estate home found on 25 acres in Mayflower Estates. There has been a wave of both architect designed modern homes, architect designed eclectic homes and new builder homes replacing the existing Preston Hollow real estate. This neighborhood area includes neighborhoods such as Mayflower Estates, the neighborhood of President George Bush and Laura Bush, Kelsey Square, Northaven and Strait Lane.

We will introduce you to Preston Hollow residents who nurture Dallas, acquaint you with the nuances of the private schools and identify the architecturally significant homes on beautiful estate acreage.
