Spectacular Home Offered at Land Value – Sold by Douglas Newby
Sited on two beautiful acres and backed up to a greenbelt, this asking price reflects just land value and the fabulous architect designed home is an incredible bonus. Located in Bent Tree, this is the finest International Style modern home built in Dallas since the International Style home designed by Roscoe Dewitt, AIA, for Stanley Marcus on acreage in 1937.
James Nagle, FAIA, designed this modern home on two acres in Bent Tree in 1976. The clean, sharp edged lines slice through its pastoral setting, with walls of windows and glass doors looking out over the vast lawns and the backdrop of a green belt. This International Style modern home is dramatic and elegant for entertaining and at the same time efficient, and with five bedrooms, suited for a large family. Sports courts, two pools, and a separate building used as an entertainment center furthers the recreational flexibility of this contemporary residence in Bent Tree.
