Frederick C. Bonsack is a St. Louis architect who did a few Dallas residential projects including this beautiful home that was renovated and expanded to the design of Highland Park architect Larry Boerder. This Highland Park home was one of the last houses Frederick Charles Bonsack designed before he died in 1917.

Larry Boerder designed the renovation and an expansion of this home that was originally designed by architect Frederick Charles Bonsack in 1914.
