3535 Gillespie Street, Dallas, Texas #306
306 Residence at Plaza at Turtle Creek 1 – Sold by Douglas Newby
Designer Michael Lee, who has received design accolades from clients and publications around the world, has created his magic once again in #306, my favorite residence at Plaza at Turtle Creek 1. Michael Lee has a deft ability to combine modern and antiques, even antiquities, that exude contemporary style and elegance. Another reason my favorite Plaza One at Turtle Creek residence is #306 is because it is one of only two corner residences in this 44-residence seven-story high-rise building. Located at 3535 Gillespie Street, this high-rise is nestled into the Turtle Creek neighborhood and is located next to the Mansion on Turtle Creek. The residence at #306 receives both morning and afternoon dappled sunlight streaming through the treetops. The guest bedroom collects the morning sun, while the primary bedroom has both the morning and afternoon sun. The formal rooms and kitchen are also illuminated by the afternoon sun.
Terrace Views From #306
One enjoys terrace views over the garden, pool and conservatory, and even a glimpse of the Mansion on Turtle Creek pool next door. Also from the terrace, one enjoys looking up and seeing the clear views of the downtown skyline through and over the treetops. On the third floor, one is at treetop height and tempted to reach over the balcony railing and collect a magnolia blossom as one listens to the birds.
