Winegrad Residence

This house architecture was completely designed by interior designer I. Michael Winegrad. The motivation was to design a residence from the inside out rather then the outside in. As an award winning interior designer, the knowledge of the "interior function" was the priority, not the designer's need to make a personal art statement with the structure. However, the exterior appeal was not neglected and the use of friendly materials were used to make an approachable structure that looked like people live there.
