In 1917, this estate home was designed as part of a three-house compound. The main house pictured was three stories with incredibly high ceilings. The multi-bay garage had quarters above it and an additional substantial guest house or servants' home was also part of the property. It was subsequently divided up but the architectural continuity remains by architect Alfred Foster Pashley.
