420 S. Park Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois

Historic Hinsdale Estate Home built in 1917 at 420 S. Park Avenue, in Robbins Park Historic District, Hinsdale, Illinois

In 1917, this estate home was designed as part of a three-house compound. The main house pictured was three stories with incredibly high ceilings. The multi-bay garage had quarters above it and an additional substantial guest house or servants' home was also part of the property. It was subsequently divided up but the architectural continuity remains by architect Alfred Foster Pashley.

Clients who select Realtor Douglas Newby understand they are contributing to the fabric of the community.
