318 S. Garfield Avenue, Hinsdale, Illinois

Architecturally significant historic homes in Hinsdale anchor the architectural significance of this village. In year 2000, this Queen Anne Victorian style home at 318 S. Garfield, built in 1885, in the Robbins Park Historic District was the first Hinsdale historic home placed on the National Register of Historic Places to help set the stage for the Robbins Park Historic District to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Riding in the Homecoming Parade, it was fun to go by historic Hinsdale homes like the one at 318 S. Garfield Street built in 1885.
