Carol Nguyen the owner of Ngon and Tam Nguyen the manager are well deserving of the Bib Gourmand award. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant because of the food, service, incredibly kind staff and atmosphere for inside and outside dining. It makes one think of Lower Greenville in a whole new way. Congratulations to Carol Ngon and all those that make the magic happen at Ngon in Old East Dallas.
