His 1954 model home at 10807 Cinderella Lane in Midway Hills and the 1955 “Rhapsody House” at 11116 Pinocchio Drive, featured in the Dallas Parade of Homes, showcased pioneering use of pre-cast concrete frames. Dean’s designs, known for their clean lines and structural innovation, remain celebrated examples of mid-century modern architecture in Dallas.
