My favorite Bolivian restaurant, actually modern South American cuisine by chef Gigi Aguilera brings the influence from her work with Dean Fearing at Fearing's in Downtown Dallas and chef Martín Berasategui at his three star resaurant in San Sebastián, Spain. The care of a chef owned restaurant along with delicious food and a smart presentation was a perfect place for a celebration in Carole Young's honor. Jim and Carole Young, Preston Hollow residents, are co-founders of TedxSMU and are great Dallas civic leaders with an international influence.
