Plaza One at Turtle Creek

The Plaza One condominiums of Dallas, sited on five and one-half acres, might be the most understated and elegant condominium building in Dallas. Rosewood created these condominiums in this seven-story building next door to their Mansion on Turtle Creek at the beginning of the 20th century. With only 44 residences, all owned by prominent homeowners, this Plaza One building, with concierge service, is cared for by an established staff and exudes dignity and tranquility. The quality of the building is apparent when one enters through the large solid core doors to walk across the marble of the freshly redone lobby. The fitness room looking over the pool and garden has also been recently refurbished. A conservatory is available for the residents to reserve and host receptions and dinners for up to 70 guests. When not reserved, the conservatory, with a full kitchen, also serves as a pool cabana and a place for refreshments. Chairs, towels and pool service are also provided to the residents of Plaza One. The residents of Plaza One also enjoy a library, wine room, wine lockers, and the convenience of a business center. In addition, residents of the building are issued a Mansion Club Card that provides 10% discounts on food and beverages at The Mansion restaurant and bar located just a few steps away from Plaza One. Additional discounts on Mansion on Turtle Creek hotel rooms and other amenities at the Mansion are available to the residents of Plaza One.

3535 Gillespie Street, Dallas, Texas #306

306 Residence at Plaza at Turtle Creek 1 – Sold by Douglas Newby

Designer Michael Lee, who has received design accolades from clients and publications around the world, has created his magic once again in #306, my favorite residence at Plaza at Turtle Creek 1. Michael Lee has a deft ability to combine modern and antiques, even antiquities, that exude contemporary style and elegance. Another reason my favorite Plaza One at Turtle Creek residence is #306 is because it is one of only two corner residences in this 44-residence seven-story high-rise building. Located at 3535 Gillespie Street, this high-rise is nestled into the Turtle Creek neighborhood and is located next to the Mansion on Turtle Creek. The residence at #306 receives both morning and afternoon dappled sunlight streaming through the treetops. The guest bedroom collects the morning sun, while the primary bedroom has both the morning and afternoon sun. The formal rooms and kitchen are also illuminated by the afternoon sun.
