Congratulations to Jack Knox for creating Cafe Pacific, THE Dallas restaurant for 33 years. The epi center of Highland Park Village; home away from home; for iconic Dallasites; and for all those who seek the best food and service. Thank you, Jack Knox, for the joy you bring to your old friends and those just arriving in Dallas. And the elegant and generous Jack Knox has provided a 1980 menu with 1980 prices tonight, with all proceeds going to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
