SHM Architects Designed this Modern Home – For Sale (Under Contract)

Here is one of my favorite homes designed by architect David Stocker of SHM. It is beautifully designed and perfectly placed on a Preston Hollow estate lot on a linear lake gently flowing through the rear of the property. It was built by Rusty Goff, one of the finest contractors in Dallas.

This architecturally significant stone and brick home conveys the best of modern design and is warm and inviting. Open rooms are looking out windows in every direction that provide views of trees, lawn, pool and lake in the rear of the home. One is also treated to the look of a long ribbon of green space with a parade of trees as far as the eye can see in the front of the home. In the rear of the home, one sees a landscape canvas of modern art.
