Just look up in the Hall of State building and see the elevated design of art modernity. Art Deco in Dallas celebrating Texas permeates Fair Park, especially in the Hall of State building. My out-of-town guests were fascinated by the names, plaques, emblems, icons and inscriptions on the buildings that in themselves offered pages of Texas history.
