This architecturally significant Beverly Drive home in Highland Park was designed by architects George Marble and Charles Dilbeck in 1933. Tudor influence is seen in this home with an elaborate brick and stone facade with half-timbered detail. This architect-designed home is found in the final section of Highland Park west of Preston, the fifth section. It is the only home in Highland Park that is designed by two prominent architects: architect George Marble known for designing prominent estate homes in Highland Park and Lakewood, and Charles Dilbeck known for designing charming homes across the Park Cities and Dallas.
